Wilson MacArthur Anderson, 74, of Charlottesville, VA, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 5, 2018 in the comfort of his home.

He was born on September 15, 1943, to the late Wilson and Beatrice Anderson of Fluvanna County. In addition to his parents, his brothers, Gary P. Anderson, Kenneth E. Anderson, William M. Anderson and his sister, Ruth Ann E. Anderson, preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of 38 years, Mary Anderson; three sons, Timothy Anderson, David Anderson and Benjamin Anderson; one daughter, Vera Wade; five brothers, Johnny Anderson, Chanley Anderson, Robert Anderson, James Anderson, George Anderson; a sister, Ella Anderson; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at The Sun Chapel D. D. Watson Mortician, Fork Union with Reverend Tanya Richardson, Officiating. Interment will follow in the Colverdale Baptist Church Cemetery.
