"It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Mrs. Ursula Konradi Francis, 80, of Bremo Bluff, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2020 at Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville.

Due to the governor's declaration that funeral services or private family gatherings are limited, the family will hold a private graveside service for immediate family only.
