Kevin Andre Toney was called into eternal rest on Thursday, January 26, 2017.

He was born June 9, 1967 to the late Beverly and Edmonia Toney in Washington, D.C.

He was educated in Maryland Area schools and chose Barbering as his career choice.

Kevin was talented in so many other areas. As a youth and young adult, he attended FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH of GLENARDEN, under the Pastoral Leadership of Pastor John W. Johnson.

Kevin was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart, Tonya Wedge, in June, 1995. This union blessed them with two wonderful children, Keyona and Kareem.

He was preceded in death by his father, Beverly Toney, Jr. and his brother, Craig Lamont Toney.

To cherish beautiful memories and very special moments, he leaves his wife, Tonya; two children, Keyona and Kareem; mother, Edmonia Toney; sister, Jacqueline Stanley (Timothy); brother, Jeffrey Toney and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, very special cousins and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held noon, Saturday, February 4, 2017, at Baptist Union Baptist Church, 125 Baptist Union Road, Dillwyn, Virginia, 23936 with Rev. Timothy I. Jackson officiating. The committal and benediction will follow in the church cemetery.
