Judy Virginia Kiplinger, loving mother to Joshua Allen Kiplinger, and loving wife to Eddie W. Kiplinger.
Grandmother to Haleigh, Khloe, Landon, and Peyton Kiplinger.

Judy was born and raised in Norfolk, VA. As an adult she worked on a horse ranch and at a greenhouse which fostered her love for horses and anything green. She battled and won a fight with breast cancer while giving birth to her son Joshua. She met her true love, Eddie, at the Navy's Chief Club in Norfolk and later moved with him to live in Palmyra, VA.

Her son writes, "Last night my Mom got her angel wings. I am honestly at a loss for words or emotions right now. She was one of the toughest women I have ever known. She had me and battled breast cancer at the same time, then had only one working kidney before having to battle liver disease (NASH) for the past few years. She is whole again and shining down on us now. I love and miss you Momma!"

Judy lost her battle with liver disease and is finally at peace with the angels. She will be truly missed!!
