Ms. Frances Rosetta Rose was born on May 2, 1964, to the late Blanche Rose and Willie Harris Sr. of Buckingham, Virginia.

Frances was baptized and joined Zion Baptist Church where she became a member of the Pastor's Aide and Burial Aide Organization. She was a graduate of Buckingham County High School. After completion of school, she worked at several jobs but later found her niche working for UVA Health Systems until her health began to fail. Frances will be remembered for her love of family and music.

Frances was preceded in death by her loving mother, Blanche Rose; sisters, Mary Booker, and Eleanor Rose; brothers, Jessie Rose, and Joe Rose; brothers in-law, Eugene Booker, Ernest White, and Hiawatha James.

She leaves precious memories to her beloved sisters, Mattie Rose of New Canton, VA, Roberta Swann of Arvonia, VA, Nikki White of Dillwyn, VA, and Sadie James of New York; a sister in-law, Elaine Rose of Cumberland, VA; a special and devoted friend, James Edmonds and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
