Edward "June" Booker, Jr. departed this life on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern, NY. June was born in Palmyra, VA on April 7, 1938 to the late Edward Booker Sr. and Elizabeth Booker Allen.

June leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Polly; one sister, Eunice; and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be Saturday, November 19, 2016, 1:00 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church 1620 Shiloh Church Road Palmyra, Virginia 22963. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, November 18, 2016 in The Sun Chapel at D. D. Watson Fork Union.
