Arnold Lee Palmer, 52, of Bremo Bluff, Virginia, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 7, 2018. He was born on September 3, 1965, to the late Harry Lee and Louisiana Palmer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Harry Lee Palmer, Jr.

Arnold (Lee) graduated from Fluvanna County High School in 1983. He worked at the Goochland Correctional Center, the University of Virginia, Virginia Power and later became the caregiver for his family. He joined the Cloverdale Baptist Church at an early age. He loved watching soaps and westerns with his mom and sister, basketball, football (Dallas Cowboy fan), and playing My My and Spades. He enjoyed listening to music, dancing, and most of all being with his family.

Arnold (Lee) leaves to cherish his memory a daughter, Nicole Carter of Lutz, Florida; a son, Broadus Palmer (Tamara) of Palmyra, Virginia; three grandchildren, MaKynzie Palmer, Makai Palmer and Zaniyah Letellier; two sisters, Mayme Johnson of Fork Union, Virginia, and Linda Hackney of Bremo Bluff, Virginia; four brothers, Joe William Palmer (Dolores) of Palmyra, Virginia, Robert Wayne Palmer (Marie) of Arvonia, Virginia, Steven Palmer (Melissa) of Palmyra, Virginia, Vincent Palmer of Charlottesville, Virginia; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends. He was truly loved and will be greatly missed.

A viewing will be held from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, June 15, 2018, at The Sun Chapel @D. D. Watson Fork Union Chapel.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, June 16, 2018, at the Fluvanna County High School, 1918 Thomas Jefferson Pkwy., Palmyra, Virginia. Interment will follow in the Cloverdale Baptist Church Cemetery with repast in the church's Fellowship Hall.
