When the time comes to bid this life farewell, we should find comfort in knowing that a loving God will be there with us to guide us to our new home.

Ada B Jasper Roberts , a humble and supportive soul, was born on March 29, 1954, in Louisa, VA, USA. She dedicated her life to her family and community in Bremo Bluff, Virginia, where she lived for 54 years. In the words of Albert Schweitzer, "The only ones among you who will be truly happy are those who have sought and found how to serve". Ada's life was a testament to this philosophy, as she found her happiness in the service of others.

Ada was a loving wife to Thomas Sr. whom she married on December 4, 1970, and a doting mother to their sons. She took great pride in her family and was a pillar of strength, always there to lend a hand or a word of advice. In her professional life, Ada worked at Nation Lien for 20 years and then Festive Fare for 16 years until her health worsen and she retired, and brought her characteristic generosity and humility to her work. Her hobbies included cooking, an activity through which she expressed her love and care for those around her. She was an alumna of the Louisa County Public Schools and the knowledge she gained there served her well throughout her life.

Ada's memory will be cherished by her husband, Thomas Sr., and their son, Thomas, Jr.,(Stick) Carolyn, her grandchildren; Antwan Roberts, Ariana Roberts, Tymir Roberts and Octavius Roberts, two sister Betty Ann Jasper and Ida Jasper, brothers Neal Jasper, Bobby Jasper and James Jasper. She also survived by her nephew Jesse Adams and her nieces Roberta Adams and JoAnn Jasper. She was preceded in death by her son Tyrone Roberts, her parents, Sidney and Mary Jasper.

Viewing will be held on Friday, November 29, 2024, from 4-7pm at D.D. Watson, Fork Union. Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Thessalonia Baptist Church, Bremo Bluff, Virginia.

Ada's life was a beacon of love, humility, and generosity. Her spirit, as quoted by Maya Angelou, "Brings light to darkness, hope to despair, and opens the door to change." Her legacy will live on through the many lives she influenced and the values she instilled in her family. We encourage all who knew Ada to share their stories, memories, and photos on her memorial page. These mementos will serve as a testament to Ada's remarkable life and the indelible imprint she left on all who knew her.
